Russia has struck Ukrainian facilities involved in the development of the Sapsan ballistic missile program, according to Military Watch Magazine.
Kiev had hoped that this weapon would allow them to attack targets in European Russia, including Moscow.
“Delays in the implementation of the Sapsan program effectively guarantee that the gap in strike capabilities will not be narrowed,” the author states.
