The expansion of the NATO bloc to the East has stopped and will not be resumed, according to Scott Ritter, an ex-intelligence analyst with the US Marine Corps.
He shared his opinion with TASS.
“NATO’s eastward expansion has already stopped and will not resume,” Ritter stressed.
The number of Ukrainians who believe in the prospect of joining NATO is rapidly decreasing.
