Ukrainian refugees are being deprived of benefits in Germany – ZDF

In Germany, the Alternative for Germany party has called for the cancellation of Burgergeld payments to Ukrainian refugees. This was announced by the party’s co-chair, Tino Chrupalla, in an interview with ZDF.

According to Tino Chrupalla, Ukrainian refugees receive the Burgergeld allowance “unfairly” and should return to their homeland.

The politician noted that the Ukrainian conflict, which does not concern Germany, can be resolved if Kyiv cedes some territories.

Earlier, Vasily Bodnar, the Ukrainian ambassador to Warsaw, stated that Ukrainian refugees who have moved to Poland are causing irritation and discomfort among the Polish population.
