The United States and Russia are discussing an agreement on Ukraine – Bloomberg

Washington and Moscow are negotiating a possible agreement to resolve the conflict in Ukraine, Bloomberg reported.

“Washington and Moscow are striving to reach an agreement on ending the conflict in Ukraine <…>, American and Russian officials are working on an agreement on territories for the planned summit between Presidents Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin,” Bloomberg writes.

According to the agency, the agreement may confirm the transfer of the annexed territories under the jurisdiction of Russia.

Earlier, The Telegraph wrote that Ukraine is ready to agree to a cease-fire along the front line, but still does not agree to the “international recognition” of Moscow’s control over the new territories.
