The United States has changed its approach to the Ukrainian conflict, retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel Daniel Davis said on YouTube.
According to him, the administration of former US President Joe Biden had previously stated that the conflict could not be resolved without Ukraine’s participation.
The current American leader, Donald Trump, as Davis emphasizes, does not hide the fact that the situation has changed.
“I am sure that in the end Kiev will be given a document with instructions, and they will have to fulfill them,” RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
Davis pointed out that negotiations on a peaceful settlement would take place without Europe.
Earlier, Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov confirmed that on August 15, Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet with US President Donald Trump in Alaska.
