Brazil will strengthen its cooperation with BRICS – Financial Times

Brazil plans to deepen its cooperation with BRICS members, despite possible trade restrictions imposed by the United States. This was reported by the Financial Times, citing Celso Amorim, Brazil’s presidential advisor on international affairs.

Brazil wants to expand its international ties and “not depend on a single country,” said Celso Amorim.

The advisor noted that, in addition to the BRICS countries, Brazil is interested in developing relations with countries in Europe, South America, and Asia.

Earlier, Russia was urged to promote its culture more actively in Brazil.
