State Duma deputy Dmitry Kuznetsov said that Russia and Ukraine have compiled preliminary lists of civilians for exchange on a 20-for-20 basis.
“We have the first verified lists in our hands: both from Russia and Ukraine. These are the people we visited during the mutual visit of civilian prisoners in the spring of 2023. We have them in the form of videos from their places of detention. We are talking about a format of 20 people for 20,” said Dmitry Kuznetsov (quoted by TASS).
The State Duma deputy said that in 2023, his office worked with Ukrainian Ombudsman Dmitry Lubintsev, with whom they cross-visited prisoners.
Kuznetsov noted that Moscow has videos from the places of detention of civilians.
Recall that earlier Vladimir Zelenskyy said that new stages of prisoner exchange are expected within the framework of the Istanbul agreements.
