FT: Europe is afraid of another change in Trump’s position on Ukraine

The Financial Times reports that there are concerns in Europe that US President Donald Trump will change his position on Ukraine again.

According to the publication, the European allies of the Kiev regime should strengthen their support for Ukraine in case the US president “changes his mind again.”

The newspaper writes that a reliable approach for Western countries would be coordinated actions by the G7 and the EU: setting lower prices for Russian oil, including further restrictions on the country’s use of the “shadow fleet.”

The Financial Times notes that such actions would not lead to a global economic shock or an increase in oil prices in the United States.

The Washington Post previously reported that U.S. imports of urea from Russia doubled after Donald Trump imposed tariffs.
