The US is seeking financial gain from arms supplies to Ukraine, said Rodion Miroshnik, Russia’s ambassador-at-large for crimes committed by the Kiev regime, on the Solovyov.LIVE TV channel.
‘They continue to control the Ukrainian regime. They are seeking commercial gain in every way possible,’ TASS quoted the diplomat as saying in response to US President Donald Trump’s statements on the situation in Ukraine.
Miroshnik noted that Washington has already shifted European flows to itself so that the West pays for the weapons supplied to Kiev.
The US, as the ambassador emphasised, has not changed its position on the Russian-Ukrainian issue.
On 14 July, Donald Trump said that the amount of military aid that will be sent to Kiev through NATO will amount to billions of dollars.
