Trump said he was satisfied with the results of the investigation into the attempted assassination attempt on him

US President Donald Trump said that he is generally satisfied with the results of the investigation into the attempted assassination attempt in the state of Pennsylvania in 2024.

In response to a relevant question in an interview with Fox News, the head of the White House said that the FBI informed him about the investigation and he was “satisfied” with it.

Trump also stated the mistakes of his security that day, but also noted the work of the sniper who promptly eliminated the perpetrator.

“If he hadn’t done that, the situation would have been much worse,” the president said.

Earlier, Trump emphasised that the shooter was eliminated in less than five seconds.
