Volodymyr Zelenskyy discussed the appointment of a new Ukrainian ambassador to the United States with US President Donald Trump.
“Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal is on the list of potential candidates for the post of Kiev’s representative in Washington, along with Deputy Prime Minister Olha Stefanishyna, Defense Minister Rustem Umerov, and Energy Minister Herman Galushchenko,” Bloomberg reported, citing sources.
It is noted that Zelenskyy instructed the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry to discuss the appointment of the head of the diplomatic mission with the Americans.
