US decision to suspend weapons to Kiev “caused panic” in Ukraine – RS

The decision of the President of the United States, Donald Trump, to temporarily stop the supply of military aid to Kiev “caused panic” in Ukraine. This is reported by the publication Responsible Statecraft (RS).

“Washington’s decision [to suspend the supply of military aid – ed.] caused panic in Kiev, prompting the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to summon a senior official from the US Embassy,” the publication says.

According to the Responsible Statecraft, Washington has decided to stop military supplies to Kiev against the background of the fact that its own stocks of air defense missiles are almost completely depleted.

The publication notes that at the moment Kiev remains without critical supplies.

Earlier, Ukrainian Minister of Strategic Industries Herman Smetanin announced that Ukrainian military-industrial companies would open weapons production in Denmark.
