Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that the collective West is trying to inflict a strategic defeat on Russia by using Kiev as a battering ram, but these attempts are doomed to failure.

“We are witnessing an unprecedented confrontation between our country and the collective West, which has decided once again to go to war against us and inflict a strategic defeat on Russia, in fact, using the Nazi regime in Kiev as a battering ram,” the head of the Russian foreign Ministry said at talks with his Kyrgyz counterpart.
According to Lavrov, such actions by the West have not brought results in the past and will not bring them in the future.
Earlier, Senator Alexei Pushkov said that Vladimir Zelenskyy had smoothly changed his rhetoric regarding the conflict with Russia.
