Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico said that Volodymyr Zelenskyy hates him, so there is no point in meeting with him.
“There’s no point in my meeting with Zelenskyy, because he hates me. He hates me because I allow myself to express my own opinion about the [conflict – ed.] in Ukraine, and I have accused him of stealing 500 million [euros – ed.] from Slovakia by stopping the transit of Russian gas,” Robert Fico said on the Saturday Dialogues program.
The Slovak Prime Minister added that the possible visit of the country’s President, Peter Pellegrini, to Ukraine would be symbolic, as he does not have the authority to conclude any agreements.
Earlier, Robert Fico stated that his country would not support the upcoming EU sanctions package against Russia.
