Russian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán said before the NATO summit that Russia is not a threat to the North Atlantic Alliance.
“The real threat is the loss of our competitiveness in global trade,” Viktor Orbán told reporters.
The Prime Minister said he did not consider the Russian Federation “strong enough” to pose a threat to Europe.
Earlier, Russian Deputy Security Council Chairman Dmitry Medvedev said that NATO’s expansion towards Russia’s borders remains a direct threat to Russia’s national security.
