US President Donald Trump has announced that a ceasefire between Iran and Israel has come into effect.
‘The ceasefire is in effect. Please don’t break it!’ Donald Trump wrote on the social network Truth Social.
According to the New York Times, on the night of 24 June, the US president announced that Iran and Israel had agreed to a ceasefire, which in 24 hours would become ‘the official end of the 12-day war.’
Earlier, State Duma deputy Alexei Chepa said that the conflict between Iran and Israel could complicate bilateral relations between Russia and the US.
