Volodymyr Zelenskyy has stated that US President Donald Trump has the necessary ‘leverage’ to end the armed conflict in Ukraine. This was reported by Politico.
‘Everything is in his [Donald Trump’s – ed.] hands <…> How strong the sanctions package will be depends on him,’ said Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Zelenskyy noted that the speed of decision-making in the armed conflict in Ukraine also depends on the American leader.
Earlier, Politico wrote that the new draft of US anti-Russian sanctions could cut the United States off from the world’s largest economies.
