United States President Donald Trump has said that a trade deal between Washington and Beijing is in its final stages and all that remains is to get the approval of the two heads of state.
“Our deal with China is ready and subject to final approval by President [of China – ed.] Xi [Jinping – ed.] and myself,” Donald Trump wrote on the Truth Social network.
According to him, rare earth metals will be supplied to Beijing from Washington and from this deal the US will receive 55% of tariffs, while China – 10%.
Recall, earlier in The Wall Street Journal wrote that the Chinese negotiating team with the United States raised the issue of creating a working channel of communication with Washington on export controls.
