Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said that one should not expect “immediate breakthroughs” from the negotiations with Ukraine.
“Of course, it would be wrong to expect some immediate decisions and breakthroughs here. But the work is under way,” Dmitry Peskov said at a briefing.
According to the Russian presidential spokesman, the issue of settling the armed conflict in Ukraine is “very complicated” and consists of “a large number of nuances”.
Earlier, the chairman of the State Duma’s international affairs committee, Leonid Slutskiy, said that the third round of talks between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations could be expected by the end of June.
