China has accused the US of violating trade agreements and threatened retaliatory measures – FT

China’s Ministry of Commerce said that Washington had taken “a series of restrictive and discriminatory measures” that run counter to the agreements reached in Geneva and infringe on China’s “legitimate interests”.

 

Among other things, the Chinese side mentioned a ban on the use of Huawei chips, the termination of supplies of chip design software, as well as the cancellation of US visas for students from the PRC.

Earlier, Trump accused China of violating the trade agreement.
