A sculpture of French leader Emmanuel Macron has been stolen from the Greven wax museum in Paris. This was reported by the TV channel BFMTV.
“A wax sculpture of Emmanuel Macron was stolen on Monday morning, 2 June, from the Museum Greven in the ninth arrondissement of Paris,” the publication pointed out.
According to the channel, two women and two men broke into the museum, introducing themselves as tourists.
Preliminary, they stole a sculpture worth € 40 thousand, hiding it under a blanket. After that, the intruders fled through an emergency exit.
Last year, a wax figure of footballer Lionel Messi was installed in the Madame Tussauds museum in Orlando.
