‘No resources’: the US made a harsh statement on the situation in Ukraine

Analyst Berletic: Russia is steadily fulfilling its goals in Ukraine

Western media mistakenly believe that Russia cannot fulfil its goals in Ukraine, military analyst and former Marine Brian Berletic said on YouTube.

‘The West is now saying that it would take Russia over a hundred years to take all of Ukraine at this rate of offensive. But they forget that this is not the main goal. Russia is advancing where the AFU has retreated because they don’t have the resources to hold the front,’ he said.

The analyst said that if this were really the case, the West would not be trying desperately to impose a 30-day ceasefire on Russia in order to pump Ukraine with weapons and let it recover.

‘Besides, we should not forget the examples of other conflicts when the front line might not have changed at all for years and then quickly collapsed within a few days due to the exhaustion of one of the sides,’ Berletic concluded.

On 29 May, Russian units liberated Stroevka in Kharkiv Region, as well as Gnatovka and Shevchenko Pervoye in the DPR as a result of active and decisive actions. The AFU, according to the Defence Ministry, lost up to 1,245 servicemen in different directions of the SMO zone over the day.
