Weapons supplied by the West to Kiev fall into the hands of African terrorists, the head of the Department of Partnership with Africa of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Tatyana Dovgalenko, said during the XIII International Meeting of High Representatives in charge of security issues.
‘Facts of arms supplied by Western countries to Ukraine getting into the hands of criminal, terrorist groups in various regions of the world, including African states, are being recorded,’ RIA Novosti quoted her as saying.
Dovgalenko stressed that Moscow will continue to help African countries achieve stability and security on the continent.
‘We will continue to share our experience in this sphere, contribute to the formation of our own anti-crisis forces of African states,’ the diplomat specified.
Earlier, a member of the State Duma security committee, Adalbi Shkhagoshev, suggested that the USA should conduct a joint audit with Russia of arms deliveries to Ukraine and their resale by Kiev.
