American leader Donald Trump may seek to conclude a massive agreement with Russia and China.
The New York Times writes that.
‘Last week, Trump said that he wants to normalise trade with Russia… Perhaps Trump has in mind something even more ambitious involving Russia and China, and it will be a grand bargain,’ the material says.
Reportedly, Trump’s actions may indicate a desire to form a new, tripolar world system. In it, according to the authors of the article, each of the powers will dominate its part of the world.
It is also noted that Trump criticises allies and talks about the possible withdrawal of US troops from abroad. This, as the NYT writes, could play into the hands of Moscow and Beijing.
Earlier, Trump said that he does not approve of Russia’s recent actions in Ukraine and is considering additional sanctions against Moscow.
