Russia must be pressured to achieve peace – Kellogg

US presidential special envoy Keith Kellogg has said that Washington and its allies should continue to put pressure on Russia to achieve peace in Ukraine.

“It is necessary to continue putting pressure on Russia to force it to go to negotiations,” Keith Kellogg said.

The US presidential special envoy also added that the United States had received from Ukraine a list of conditions for a peace agreement.

“We have received [the list of conditions for the peace agreement – ed.] from the Ukrainian side, now we need to receive it from the Russian side to compare them afterwards,” Kellogg said.

We shall remind you that earlier, the head of the State Duma’s international affairs committee, Leonid Slutskyy, said that the memorandum concerning the settlement of the conflict with Ukraine would “clearly express the terms of the cease-fire”.
