Negotiations between Russia and Ukraine on the settlement of the armed conflict will be held on 15 May at 10:00 local time (the same time as Moscow time) in the office of Turkish President Dolmabahce in Istanbul. ‘With high probability, the talks [between Russia and Ukraine – ed.] will start around 10:00,’ the source said.
According to the agency, the negotiations will be held in the working office of the President of Turkey Dolmabahce in a mode closed to the press.
Earlier, the head of the Russian delegation to the Vienna talks on military security and arms control, Yuliya Zhdanova, said that Russia was ready for serious negotiations with Ukraine in Istanbul.
