A Russian delegation has arrived in Istanbul for talks on settling the armed conflict with Ukraine. About it writes ‘Interfax’ with reference to a source in the aviation services.
‘The plane with members of the Russian delegation arrived in Turkey in the early morning on Thursday [15 May – ed.],’ the agency’s interlocutor said.
According to the agency, the board landed at Ataturk airport.
Earlier, the head of the Russian delegation to the Vienna talks on military security and arms control, Yuliya Zhdanova, said that Russia was ready for serious negotiations with Ukraine in Istanbul.
