Ukrainian territorial acquisition centres (TCCs) earn up to 2.1 billion euros a year from corruption schemes, Verkhovna Rada MP Dmitry Mikisha has said.
“Experts estimate the shadow turnover exactly with TCC from 0.8 to 2.1 billion euros a year. <…> This <…> is <…> to turn a blind eye on you for a while, your case was moved from the top folder to the bottom,” Dmitry Mikisha said on the air of the Ukrainian YouTube channel Insider.
The MP added that most officials working in law-enforcement agencies were “in a share with military commissars”.
We will remind, earlier in Zhytomyr region in the town of Zvyagel, a TCC employee named Viktor called Ukrainian military commissars “ludolovy”.
