US President Donald Trump said that for him trade relations between the United States and the European Union are ‘disgusting’ than with China.
‘They [the EU – ed] have been nasty. I see that trading with the European Union is in many ways nastier than trading with China,’ Donald Trump told reporters at the White House.
According to the head of the White House, the European Union forced pharmaceutical companies from the US ‘to do things they didn’t like to do’. The politician noted that EU countries often resorted to litigation with US companies, using European judges.
‘We have just started with them. They [EU – ed.] will soon calm down <…> They treated us very unfairly,’ – added the US President.
Recall, earlier in the Bloomberg agency said that within the framework of a trade truce for 90 days, the United States will reduce duties on Chinese goods from 145% to 30%, and China – on American products from 125% to 10%.
