US Vice President J.D. Vance said in an interview with Charlie Kirk that Ukraine will not win in the conflict with Russia if hostilities continue in the coming years.
‘If it [the conflict – ed.] doesn’t stop, Ukrainians will not win. I think there’s a strange idea in the mainstream media that if this goes on for a few more years, the Russians will collapse, the Ukrainians will regain their territory, and everything will go back to what it was before [the conflict – ed.], but that’s not the reality we live in,’ JD Vance said.
The politician said that if the armed conflict continues, there could be ‘the threat of the collapse of society and nuclear war.’
We shall remind you that earlier Politico wrote that after the end of the armed conflict, Ukraine will remain a ‘dismembered’ country without security guarantees.
