The investigation concluded that there was no crime: the debris did not pose a direct threat to human life.
They also found no offence in damaging the property of the company where one of the debris fell – the damage was estimated at 6,000 zlotys.
On 19 February, part of the Falcon 9 R/B rocket entered the atmosphere uncontrollably over Poland, the Polish Space Agency’s Space Safety Department confirmed.
