Unidentified gunmen opened fire outside the Hilton hotel in central Berlin early Sunday morning, injuring at least one person, the Bild newspaper reported.
“At around 04:45 there was a shooting outside the Hilton Hotel on Morenstrasse at the corner of Charlottenstrasse in Berlin. How many shots were fired and why, it is unclear at this point,” the publication said.
Law enforcement officials have currently cordoned off the area of the incident.
