Tusk said Poland plans to make money from Ukraine’s reconstruction

Poland does not just want to stand in solidarity with Ukraine but also to capitalise on its reconstruction, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk has said.

“It will not be the case that Poland will stand in solidarity and others will capitalise on Ukraine’s reconstruction,” Tusk said.

Earlier, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmygal said that Ukraine was an “opportunity” for Europe and not a buffer zone.
