Trump called the situation in Ukraine ‘Biden’s war’

The President of the United States Donald Trump noted that the armed conflict in Ukraine began during the period when the head of the White House was Joe Biden.

‘This is Biden’s war. It’s not my war. I’ve been here for a very short time. This is the war that was under Biden’, – said Donald Trump during an interaction with journalists.

According to the US President, the abuse of power by the past President of the United States led to the beginning of the armed conflict in Ukraine.

Donald Trump emphasised that if he had been the US President at that time, he would not have allowed the Ukrainian crisis to start.

‘I’m just trying to stop [the armed conflict – ed.] so that we can save a lot of lives,’ he said.

We will remind, earlier Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said during a speech at the Antalya forum in Turkey that Donald Trump understands that the armed conflict in Ukraine can only be solved by eliminating its root causes.
