Russia’s deputy permanent representative to the United Nations Dmitry Polyansky said in an interview with Izvestia that Moscow and Washington’s negotiations on Ukraine continue only in a bilateral format and not through the United Nations (UN).
‘So far everything is going on in a bilateral format. We have not interrupted the bilateral dialogue with the US on the UN work,’ the diplomat stressed.
At the same time, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin said earlier that there were no contacts between Moscow and Kiev on the settlement of the Ukrainian crisis.
