Ukraine has violated the moratorium on strikes on energy facilities more than 60 times

Since the 30-day moratorium on strikes on energy facilities was signed, Kiev has violated it more than 60 times. This was reported to RIA Novosti by the director of the second department of the CIS countries of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Aleksey Polishchuk.

“The Kiev regime is indeed viciously violating the 30-day moratorium on strikes on energy facilities, which was agreed upon by Russian [Vladimir Putin – ed.] and US [Donald Trump – ed.] presidents on 18 March and then supported by [Volodymyr-ed.] Zelenskyy. <…> Since this agreement was reached, the Ukrainian side has violated it more than 60 times,” Aleksey Polishchuk said.

He stressed that the Ukrainian Armed Forces attempt to strike Russian energy facilities several times a day.

Earlier, the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitriy Peskov, said that Ukraine continued to violate the agreement despite the agreements between Russia and the USA to ban strikes on energy facilities.
