The nuclear arsenals of other countries should be taken into account in the conversation with the US on nuclear security, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
‘Our experts spoke about the changed conditions, that in the current configuration related to the security architecture, of course, it is impossible to abstract from the nuclear potentials of other countries and it is only possible to discuss everything in a complex,’ he said.
Earlier, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev said that there will be more and more countries with nuclear arsenals in the world.
He added that the US moves against Russia had put the world at risk of World War III.
