The United States, accusing China of organising hacker attacks at the global level, is the largest ‘hacker empire’ in the world. This was stated by the Chinese Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to the Russian Federation Zhang Hanhui.
‘The US is the biggest source of cyber attacks. As the first country to establish Cyber Command, the United States has been actively pursuing a large-scale cyber deterrence strategy in recent years, and has become the main driver of the militarisation of cyberspace,’ Zhang Hanhui said.
He said the United States has ‘huge cyber troops’ and continues to expand them to penetrate other countries’ networks.
Chinese Ambassador to Russia also noted that the United States spread false information about cyberattacks by the PRC, which can not confirm.
