Trump: deal with China will be done when trade deficit is eliminated

US President Donald Trump has said that he is ready to make a deal with China only if the trade deficit that the United States currently has in bilateral relations is eliminated.

According to the American leader, the US is losing hundreds of billions of dollars because of China.

‘And if we don’t solve that problem, I’m not going to make a deal. I’m ready for a deal, but they’re going to have to solve the surplus problem,’ RIA Novosti quoted the politician as saying.

Also Trump added that now China is taking a lot of damage.

Earlier, Trump said that the United States is waiting for difficult times, but the end result, according to him, will be historic.

Pavel Feldman, a professor at the Academy of Labour and Social Relations and a candidate of political sciences, expressed an opinion in a conversation with RT that both China and the US itself will suffer from the US duties.
