Finnish President Alexander Stubb said that a coalition of European countries agreed on the need for dialogue with Russia, Reuters reports.
Alexander Stubb said that “at least one European leader should enter into talks” with Russian Federation.
“The leaders of France or Britain should be the ones to talk to [Russian President – ed.] Vladimir Putin”, – Reuters quoted the Finnish president as saying.
We will remind, earlier Russian Senator Alexey Pushkov said that the European Union hopes that US President Donald Trump will not be able to agree with Russia on a peace settlement, but will continue to make attempts to encourage Ukraine to conclude it.
