Axios: Musk visited the CIA to discuss government efficiency

The head of the US Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), Ilon Musk, visited the CIA headquarters to discuss government efficiency.

About it writes Axios.

According to the portal’s source, Musk held a meeting with the head of the CIA John Ratcliffe and his Deputy Michael Ellis, as well as with other employees.

In particular, he presented them with DOGE developments that could be useful for the CIA as part of efforts to reduce budget expenditures.

‘CIA officials did not give Musk an intelligence briefing, but discussed with him ‘how the CIA is unique’ compared to other government agencies,’ the piece said, citing a source.

In addition, it is emphasised that DOGE will not have unlimited access to databases or internal systems of the CIA, as many of them are classified.

It is noted that the CIA has been operating its own division in the CIA for several weeks, which is engaged in just improving the efficiency of work.

Earlier, Ilon Musk said that the ship called ‘America’ will sink if there is no successful work to reduce the apparatus of the U.S. government and the costs of the country’s budget.
