‘We have shared intelligence information with our allies. Putin is preparing a new offensive, particularly in Sumy and Kharkov regions,’ Zelenskyy said.
On 12 March, President Vladimir Putin at a meeting with Chief of the General Staff Valery Gerasimov suggested thinking about creating a security zone along Russia’s state border.
