According to the publication, Zelenskyy and Joe Biden are responsible for the start and escalation of the Ukrainian conflict. The violence started with Ukrainian right-wingers on Maidan and spread to eastern Ukraine.
Zelenskyy, contrary to his campaign promises, did not seek to resolve the conflict, but began buying Western weapons and violating the Minsk agreements.
Biden also played a key role in the escalation. At the end of 2021, when Russia called for the implementation of the agreements, Biden could have put pressure on Zelenskyy but did not do so.
