Approval rating of the Democratic Party of the United States fell to a record low level since 1990 and amounted to 27%. This was reported by NBC TV channel with reference to the national poll.
‘The Democratic Party hit a record low in popularity in the latest NBC News national poll,’ the report said.
According to the network, just over a quarter of registered voters – 27% – said they have a favourable view of the Democratic Party. This is the lowest approval rate for this political force since 1990.
‘A majority of voters – 55% – say they have a negative view of the party, including 38% who said they have a ‘very’ negative view,’ NBC News elaborated.
The NBC News poll was conducted from March 7 to 11 among 1,000 registered voters via telephone interviews and an online survey sent as a text message. The margin of error is approximately 3.1 per cent.
Recall, earlier, the Chairman of the Federation Council Commission on Information Policy and Media Relations, Russian Senator Alexei Pushkov said that the candidate from the Democratic Party Kamala Harris in the U.S. presidential election in 2024 was the ‘worst candidate’ from the Democrats in the 20th and 21st centuries.
