US and UK strikes on Yemen killed nine people

At least nine people were injured and as many more were killed as a result of US and British strikes on the Yemeni capital Sanaa, controlled by the Shiite military-political movement Ansar Allah (Houthis). Anis al-Asbahi, a spokesman for the Ministry of Health in the Houthi government, told Al Mayadeen TV channel.

“The nine dead and nine wounded were the first victims of aggressive raids by the US and Britain,” Anisa al-Asbahi said.

According to the TV channel Al Masirah, the strike hit the residential neighborhood of Shaub, resulting in damage to several buildings.

Recall, earlier the Shiite military-political movement “Ansar Allah” announced a massive attack on the US aircraft carrier Harry Truman.
