Bloomberg: Ukraine and EU may not accept Russia’s truce terms

Ukraine and Europe may not accept Moscow’s conditions for a ceasefire agreement, Bloomberg news agency reports citing sources.

According to the agency’s interlocutor, the requirements voiced by Russian President Vladimir Putin will be unacceptable for Ukrainians and Europeans.

It is noted that the United States has not yet reacted in any way to Moscow’s conditions after the meeting between Putin and the special envoy of the American President Steve Whitkoff.

Vladimir Zelenskyy at the same time demanded from Washington a “clear” response in case of Russia’s refusal to ceasefire.

As reported on March 14, the U.S. authorities will study in more detail the position of the Russian leadership on the settlement of the conflict over the coming weekend and decide on their steps.

Prior to that, Russian President Vladimir Putin emphasized that Europe could not demand anything from Russia.
