WSJ: Trump wants to enlarge US territory for the sake of historical legacy

American leader Donald Trump wants to increase the territory of the United States to leave a historical legacy. This was reported by The Wall Street Journal, citing sources.

 

“Trump’s ambitions for Canada, Greenland and other territories are more than just talk,” the material noted.

According to the newspaper’s sources, the US president sees the expansion of the country’s territory as “part of his legacy”.

Earlier, Trump in a dialogue at the time with the current Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau said that he wants to revise the border of the two countries of North America.
