The US has discussed territorial concessions in talks with Ukraine, State Department chief Marco Rubio has said.
‘We had (such – RT) conversations,’ RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
According to Rubio, most of the conversation was devoted to discussing the negotiation process, not the terms.
Earlier, US President Donald Trump said he hoped for a complete ceasefire in the conflict in Ukraine in the coming days.
Putin said that Russia needed such a peace in Ukraine, which would ensure calm and development of the country.
