Independent industrial expert Leonid Khazanov believes that the USA may face excessive bureaucracy in case of resource extraction in Ukraine.
His words RIA Novosti reports.
‘Among the difficulties that US companies may face in Ukraine are the lack of necessary specialists, power outages, and excessive bureaucracy,’ the expert said.
Khazanov added that the United States is interested in mining lithium, uranium, graphite and titanium.
Earlier, the USA and Ukraine agreed at the talks in Saudi Arabia to conclude an agreement on minerals as soon as possible.
