US Secretary of State Marco Rubio told reporters on his way to Saudi Arabia that the United States has not yet discussed with Europe the possibility of easing sanctions against Russia.
‘We haven’t reached that stage yet. Obviously, the Europeans have their own set of sanctions and it’s up to them to decide what they want to do,’ Marco Rubio said.
He also noted that the final settlement of the Ukrainian conflict should be conducted with the participation of Europe.
